One thousand pound capacity trailer. I have cooked with this unit twice

and it maintains temperature very well. I cooked ribs and chicken and it

turned out awesome.

gathering. Use it at home or take it to the deer lease. One person can

handle this pit and it is well balanced for moving around. It is

constructed with 3/16 steel. Racks are removable for cleaning along with

working. Smoker can be removed from the trailer with six bolts.
